We shall establish our presence at key locations of the country to take advantage of the rapidly increasing demand for our products and services," managing director and CEO of AIS, Sanjay Labroo said.

The integrated, composite plant with manufacturing facilities for value-added glass and glass products would have a capacity of 700 million tonne per day.

The investment for the project was in-principle approved by the AIS board of directors at a meeting held in New Delhi on Friday.
