The 6th Additional Chief Metropolitan  Magistrate on Monday reserved his order for Tuesday on the police custody of PwC representatives S Gopalakrishnan and Talluri Srinivas.

After hearing the arguments of public prosecutor K Ajay Kumar and defence lawyer Mastan Naidu, the judge posted the verdict for Tuesday.

With this, the bail orders for Gopalakrishnan and T Srinivas, which was posted for today, also stand posted for Tuesday.

The state CID, probing the Satyam [Get Quote] fraud, filed a petition seeking five days' police custody of the duo, who were in judicial remand till February 6 in the Satyam fraud case.

Meanwhile, a second bail petition of SRSR general manager Gopala Krishna Raju was filed on Monday, which would also come up for hearing on Tuesday.

There were a total of six persons including Satyam former chairman B Ramalinga Raju in judicial remand and they were lodged in Chanchalguda central prison in Hyderabad.
