Narayana Murthy on what ails Indian cos

N R Narayana Murthy, chief mentor of Infosys Technologies said that generating diverse workforce would be a big challenge for companies.
Murthy said this while addressing the company's 27th annual general meeting for fiscal 2008 in Bangalore on
Saturday.
He also announced that for fiscal 2008, Infosys has rewarded its shareholders with a special dividend of Rs 20 per share.
