We use a number of services daily and often face various problems: it could be with the phone services, banks, power supply or the daily transport system. A survey done by the Consumer Online Resource & Empowerment (Core) Centre, shows that 23 per cent consumers complain most about their phone services and 18 per cent are against the banking sector.
Consumer rights awareness is highest in Delhi, followed by Maharashtra, says the survey. Are you dissatisfied with any service? Why? What kind of problems do you face?
