BS Reporter, Pune
October 14, 2006 15:57 IST
Legal process outsourcing company Legasis Services is planning to offer a spectrum of value-added solutions on a 24X7 basis from its delivery centre in Pune, which was inaugurated by Nasscom president Kiran Karnik on Friday.

Suhas Tulzapurkar, head of Pune centre, said the company will offer services including contract drafting, document examination and review, arbitration and litigation support and legal due dilligence to multinational companies based in the US and UK.

The company will also offer patents and other intellectual property related services, he added.

Legasis has been promoted by law firm DSK Legal Advocates and Solicitors with a few financial investors. Satish Kishanchandani of DSK Legal said the firm's international contacts can be a positive factor for Legasis.
