Railways plans to revamp the terminals at the four metros --New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai -- with airport like facilities: separate arrival and departure lounges, shopping malls, and a high-tech electronic queue management system for passengers.

Considering the inadequate infrastructure, lack of basic amenities, bad food stalls, unclean toilets, and poor service at most Indian railways stations, do you think such a plan will ever come true?
