Genpact 2nd 'Best Performing BPO' January 30, 2006 20:25 IST Genpact on Monday said it has been ranked second in the 'Best Performing BPO' and 'Leaders in Human Capital Development' categories in the Global Services 100 survey conducted by neoIT and Global Services magazine. "It's an honour for Genpact to be recognised among the top global service providers by such an important industry study," Pramod Bhasin, President and CEO, Genpact said. "The Global Services 100 study found that Genpact has had a tremendous impact on the burgeoning BPO market in just a short period of time," Rusty Weston, Editor-in-chief Global Services magazine said. The Global Services 100 survey evaluates service providers based on a collection of data regarding effective operations, service offerings, client relationships and human capital. The rankings are thereafter categorised in three groups, customer and business process, tech delivery and regional and engineering companies.
