High Court stays NTC land sale

In a significant development, the Bombay High court on Monday set aside the sale of 600 acre of surplus textile mill land by National Textile Corporation in prime locations.
The city-based Bombay Environmental Group had challenged the sale on the ground that development control rules had been violated in the process.
