The BPO arm of Satyam Computer Services [Get Quote], Nipuna has set up a BPO facility at Chennai. According to a Satyam statement, the facility, located in the Ascendas International Tech Park will primarily cater to growing needs of the animation sector and other business process verticals.
Venkatesh Roddam, CEO, Nipuna said, "The volume of our animation business from national and international customers is looking very positive. Through establishment of the Chennai facility, Nipuna has made a strategic decision to cater to and further tap this segment. We currently are in advanced stage of negotiations for international business in animation."
This is Nipuna's third location in India. Nipuna currently has BPO facility in Hyderabad and Bangalore that cater to a wide range of Fortune 500 clients.
