IT and BPO solutions provider MphasiS announced the establishment of its business process outsourcing facility in Noida.

MphasiS currently has BPO facilities in Bangalore, Mangalore, Pune and Tijuana in Mexico that cater to a wide range of international and Indian companies.

"The volume of our business from domestic customers has witnessed a sharp rise in the past few years and through the establishment of the Noida facility, MpahsiS has made a strategic decision to cater to and further tap the domestic segment," Jerry Rao, chairman & CEO, MphasiS BFL said.

In the initial stage of operation, the Noida facility will cater to clients in the telecom and financial services industry and we expect to see a significant increase in both our volume of business as well as overall client base, he added.
