Forex reserves zoom past $ 131 bn January 01, 2005 18:58 IST India's foreign exchange reserves rose by $394 million during the week ending December 24, taking the total reserves past $131 billion. Revaluation of the US dollar led to a drop in the reserves, which stood at $131.01 million. The foreign currency assets also increased by $383 million to touch $125.05 million, the Reserve Bank of India said in its weekly statistical supplement on Saturday.
