A five-days a week serial 'Cuticura Ladies Junction,' which aimed at reaching out to women 'across all strata of society,' would be telecast over the private Raj TV channel, from September 13.

Well known Film actress Suhasini Maniratnam would be achoring the serial, a Raj TV CEO Rajeev Nambiar told newsmen on Friday.

Cuticura and ITC Foods Ashirvaad were associated with the serial.

Raj TV Director Regunathan, said: "We felt that there is a gap in programming today with regard to a quality woman's programme," and the serial hopes to fill this gap.

The programme offered a platform for women to talk about interesting issues, besides showcasing their talents, he said.

The new serial also coincided with the 10th anniversary of the channel.
