Air-India to add 6 flights to UK

Air-India proposes to add six services to London by next summer, including one in January, subject to availability of slots, Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel informed the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.

Air-India has introduced five additional terminators to London effective from November 29 in addition to 12 services already operated to and through London, he said during the Question Hour.

CCTV: The Airports Authority of India has decided to instal Close Circuit TV Cameras for surveillance at 50 airports identified as sensitive and hyper-sensitive in a phased manner, Patel said answering another question.

Crude oil: The price of crude oil, as per the view of an expert, could reach $182 a barrel, Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar said in reply to a question, adding that there were several other authoritative views on it.

The government kept under review available information on prognostic crude oil availability and prices.
