Concerto Software buys CentreForce Tech

Concerto Software Inc, a contact centre solutions company with a sizeable business in India, has acquired CentreForce Technologies to expand its offerings.

The acquisition will expand Concerto's offerings by addition of performance optimisation and workforce management solutions, a Concerto release said.

The size of the deal is not known.    

Concerto has over 70 customers in India including Wipro Spectramind, Essar, Teletech India, Global Telesystems, HCLeServe, NIIT SmartServe, ICICI OneSource, among others.

The acquisition brings four new solutions to Concerto's product suite.

"By offering performance optimisation and workforce management solutions, we are providing customers with even more choice and flexibility combined with benefit of being able to build a true long term partnership with a single solution provider," James Foy, president and CEO, Concerto Software, said.

CentreForce CEO Bob Kelly said: "Our suite of solutions will provide value-addition for customers who are looking for the next level of performance from their contact centre human and technology resources."
