GoM on natural gas pricing postponed

The meeting of Group of Ministers on natural gas pricing, which was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, has been postponed indefinitely.

GoM was to discuss the recommendation of the Committee of Secretaries to immediately hike the domestic natural gas prices from Rs 2850 per thousand cubic metres to Rs 3250 per thousand cubic metres, official sources said.

The date of the next meeting of the GoM has not been decided, official sources said. They did not give reasons for postponing the meeting.
