The government is likely to invite the financial bids for divestment of ICVL, in the last week of February.

According to sources in the divestment ministry, the price bids for ICVL is likely to be invited around February 27.

The Cabinet Committee on Divestment had approved the transaction documents for divestment of Palghat unit of ICVL, which is a subsidiary of Instrumentation Ltd, in late December.

"The documents have been cleared by CCD. Also the law ministry's comment had been sought in certain matters, and that has also been received. The financial bids would be invited sometime around February 27," sources pointed out.
