IBP Co EGM on April 12, 2002 to adopt alteration of Articles of Association
Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement executed on February 08, 2002, by & between the President of India, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and IBP, the company is required to convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting within 60 days of the closing its Articles of Association. It may be pertinent to mention that 33.58% of the Government's holding had been transferred to Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and the Board of Directors of the company had also been re-constituted on the said date.
The said EGM has accordingly been convened to be held on April 12, 2002.

The Siebel/ABP integration project successfully completed by Wipro allows for the seamless exchange of information between Pepco Energy Services, its sales agents, its billing service provider (ABP host) and the many local utilities it exchanges information with. The project also has enabled several advanced features for their users resulting in faster and higher quality of customer service.
The Siebel/ABP integration project allows for additional flexibility in creating multiple billing and service accounts for a single customer. This will be an important feature for commercial customers with multiple service addresses or for residential customers who own rental property at different addresses.

Satyam gets certified under BS 7799 International Information Security Standards

21st Century tution centres enter India with STG
