Precimet Diamonds to develop Government land in Orissa
Precimet Diamonds Ltd has been shortlisted by the Orissa Government to develop land owned by the co-operation department. The company is likely to get assignments to the tune of 0.30 million square feet space in the prime locations in Bhubaneshwar. Also in the pipeline is setting up of an entertainment park in Puri.
The company hopes to earn substantial profits in the current financial year to the tune of Rs 30 to Rs 40 million.

Normalcy restored at Dahanu Power Unit I of BSES
BSES Ltd has informed BSE that normalcy has now been restored and the Unit I has now started generating electric energy.
However, the Unit II continues to be shutdown for capital overall work which is expected to be completed in about 4-5 weeks period.
The Company had earlier informed that the shutdown of the both the units of its Dahanu Power Station due to flood in the premises of the Switchyard, Turbines halls and auxiliary plant areas.

During the quarter ended June 30, 2002 the Company has sold 421,679 motor cycles as compared to 306,930 motor cycles for the corresponding period last fiscal.
