The Board of Directors of Mindteck India Ltd has approved and recommended for declaration, to the company's shareholders, a dividend at 10% for the year ended June 30, 2002.
The Board approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary Infotech Holdings Inc with its US operating company Mindteck Consulting Inc, subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India.
