Infosys to partner with Software Technology

Indian software giant Infosys Technologies Ltd said on Tuesday it had appointed Delhi-based Software Technology Group International Ltd as its services partner for its flagship banking product.

Infosys said the local information technology firm will provide training and implementation services to Infosys' Finacle customers in India.

Bangalore-based Infosys is India's second-largest software exporter and serves a raft of Fortune 500 companies through its army of about 10,000 employees.

Software Technology Group's stock ended 2.25 per cent down at Rs 26.0 on Tuesday while Bombay's main index fell 0.31 per cent.
