Trading Strategy for the week ending March 4, 2000

Satyam Computer: The stock has not yet broken its immediate major support which lies at Rs 4850. Below this level the stock has support at Rs 3950 level. On the upper side the stock faces resistance at Rs 5400.

Zee Telefims: The stock is nearing its major support levels which are at Rs 1350 and then at Rs 1200. On the upper side the stock has its first resistance at Rs 1520 and then at Rs 1580.

Pentamedia (Pentafour Software): The stock has closed near its short term support level which is at Rs 1780. Below this, the stock has a minor support at Rs 1675. On the upper side, the first resistance exits at Rs 2050 and the last hurdle is at Rs 2150. One can take positions keeping these levels as reference points.

DSQ Software: The stock has breached its first major support. Next support for the stock lies at Rs 1800. Below this the stock has major support at Rs 1600. The first resistance for the stock is at Rs 2100 and then at Rs 2260.

Silverline: This stock too like others has closed below major short term supports, thus showing an immediate weakness in the stock. Next support for the stock is at Rs 980 and then at Rs 850. The stock faces resistance at Rs 1220 and Rs 1265.

Reliance: The stock has shown signs of weakness. First major support for the stock is at Rs 302 and then at Rs 280. The stock faces the first resistance Rs 340 and then at Rs 355. Long positions can be taken only when these levels are crossed.
