The people of Delhi are gorging on street food, which seems to have descended from all corners of the city to the Baba Kharak Singh Marg.

Celebrating the 100 years of Delhi, a nine-day street food festival has been organised by the Delhi tourism.

The usually quiet vicinity of Baba Kharag Singh Marg has come alive with the street food with vendors offering authentic Delhi street food, to name a few, jalebi's with milk, chuski, gol gappe and chaat, kababs and tikkas, chilas and much more.

Handmade banners and posters reading Paranthe wali gali (in old Delhi), Chandini Chowk ke mashoor pakwan (in Chandini Chowk), purani dilli ki chaat, Kulfi, Chicken Chengezi purani Dilli wale, and UPSC fruit chaat have been put up at the venue, along with signboards of the various localities these street food have made famous.

The festival is on till December 11, and is open daily to all from 10am to 11 pm.
