More

Despite the furore after the Delhi gang rape on December 16, 2012, cases of molestation and sexual assault have been on the rise.

The charges of assault against Tehelka editor Tarun Tejpal and retired Supreme Court Justice A K Ganguly are just two such instances that have caught the public eye.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 has come into force only on December 9 this year.
