Recently we shared with you this list -- 22 signs you grew up in the 1980s -- and you shared some of your fondest memories from the 1980s.

We start with our reader S Kumar who reminded us of Nazia Hassan.

Though not an Indian, the Pakistani popstar along with her brother Zoheb took India by storm.

Remember Aap jaisa koi? Or that magical number, which was played in every possible nightclub through the '80s -- Disco Deewane?
