The American Psychological Association's David Ballard, has listed 10 signs that may reveal if you are experiencing burnout.

Firstly, a clear sign of burnout is that a person feels tired all the time. Exhaustion can be of emotional, mental or physical type, The Huffington Post reported.

Secondly, the motivation to do the work is lacking in the person, and the individual no longer feels enthusiastic about anything anymore.

Thirdly, a person may be frustrated and disillusioned with everything the individual may also be encountering other negative emotions.

Fourthly, burnout and chronic stress may interfere with the individual's ability to pay attention or concentrate.

This tunnel vision can negatively affect the person's ability to solve problems or make decisions.
