I don't know if I ever really felt beautiful, says Pamela Anderson
Even though her blond beach hair and little red swimsuit made her a '90s sex symbol, Pamela Anderson has said that she never considered herself a bombshell.
"Oh God, I don't know if I ever really felt beautiful," the actress, 45, told Buzzfeed. "I don't really," the New York Daily News reported.
Anderson, renowned for her amped-up style, also confessed that the Baywatch crew had tried to convince her to tone down her signature look.
During her Baywatch days, it was all glam all the time. She says of those times, "the natural look can stay at home."
These days, she's opting for more a demure style.

Miranda Kerr confirms Victoria's Secret exit
Supermodel Miranda Kerr has confirmed that she is not renewing her contract with Victoria's Secret.
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, Kerr hinted at bigger moves in her future than walking lingerie runways.
The 29-year-old, who's married to Orlando Bloom, said she's been modelling since she was 13 years old. She explained that she's entering a new phase in her life and has felt this coming since her son was born, and after realising that she needs to prioritise her time after she became a mother, People Magazine reported.
And those new priorities include managing her Kora Organics beauty line and other upcoming projects.
The beauty insisted that she's reached a point in her career where she's developing her own opportunities that are really reflective of her passions.
The beauty said that she is too busy to make major commitments -- like Victoria's Secret contracts.
She further said that she's not in a position to commit to a full contract at this time in her life.
"It's three months at a bare minimum," she added.

Hindu leaders urge Selena Gomez to apologise for bindi error
Officials at the Universal Society of Hinduism have demanded an apology from Selena Gomez after she performed at the MTV Movie Awards with a religious bindi symbol on her forehead.
The Hindu leaders have branded the pop star's appearance during her Come 'n' Get It song "insensitive" and have urged her not to repeat it as she plans for an upcoming world tour, Contactmusic reported.
Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, said that the bindi on the forehead is an ancient tradition in Hinduism and has religious significance.
Zed said that it is also sometimes referred to as the third eye and the flame, and it is an auspicious religious and spiritual symbol, which is not meant to be thrown around loosely for seductive effects or as a fashion accessory aiming at mercantile greed.
He added that Gomez should apologise and then she should get acquainted with the basics of world religions.
The 20-year-old singer has also come under fire for her alleged culturally insensitive performance at the awards ceremony on Sunday, from her Twitter followers.
In a post, one fan wrote: "Deal (sic) Selena Gomez the bindi is not just some fashion accessory you can throw on, cultural appropriation man."
Another said: "Selena Gomez, take that bindi of (sic) your head, cultural appropriation is not cute."
A third follower said: "Cultural Appropriation At It's Finest, My Respect For Selena Is Fading As We Speak."
A fourth viewer tweeted: "@selenagomez Hi, leave Bindis for Indian women."

Abbey Crouch needs to fatten up, says Katie Price
Katie Price who recently mocked Kelly Brook's figure by describing her as "a heifer" has now targeted Abbey Crouch who posed naked for Hunger Magazine this week.
The 34-year-old said Abbey, who is footie ace Peter Crouch's wife, needed to fatten up, the Mirror reported.
In her column in The Sun, she wrote that she has seen Abbey in real life and she is a pretty girl with a real aura about her.
But talking about the pictures, the actress said that it was a nice change to see a WAG getting her kit off and it is normally their other halves who do that.
Price further added that it couldn't be a coincidence that the magazine Abbey had posed for is called Hunger.
She further mocked Abbey, saying it looked like she could do with a good burger and chips inside her.

Anna Friel slammed for 'syrup diet'
Anna Friel has come under fire for promoting an extreme diet where 12 cups of a syrupy cocktail replace solid food.
The 36-year-old hopes the "master cleanser" drink will help her stay looking young.
But diet experts warn she is setting a bad example to teenagers, the Daily Star reported.
Friel revealed that she drinks 12 cups a day of a mix of maple syrup, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water instead of eating regular food.
Recently, Friel has been on the liquid diet over several weeks, existing on less than 600 calories a day.
The actress told the publication that she has been drinking it for two months and she feels so much better and her skin has really benefited.
"If you're vain, as you get older you start thinking: 'I've got to do everything I can to save my skin,'" she said.
According to Sioned Quirke of the British Dietetic Association, the diet is "extreme and unnecessary".
She warned that such a diet leads to a lack in all the essential nutrients, which your body requires on a daily basis to function.
Quirke said that it's a myth that what you eat affects your skin as any detoxing that needs to be done is done by the liver.
She said that Friel -- a tiny size eight -- was not sending out a "healthy message" to teenagers, who are unsure about their appearance and "vulnerable" to comments by celebrities about their diets.

Botox made me look crazy like Joan Rivers, says Gwyneth Paltrow
Gwyneth Paltrow has said that she will never try Botox again after it left her looking "crazy" like TV personality Joan Rivers.
When Harper's Bazaar recently asked the 40-year-old actress if she would consider plastic surgery, she said that she would be scared to go under the knife, but the magazine should come to her when she is 50, the New York Post reported.
The Oscar winner said she recently had the Thermage laser treatment, which felt like someone was smacking her face with a rubber band that had an electric shock in it.
She added that she would do it again, as she felt the treatment took five years off her face.
