Victoria's Secret Angel Erin Heatherton on how to perfect your curves

Erin Heatherton has revealed that being a Victoria's Secret Angel has taught her about maintaining a good and healthy diet.

The 23-year-old model asserts that she now understands that women need to eat healthily and exercise regularly to look good.

"I've learned a lot about diet in my years of being an Angel. A mistake a lot of girls make is that they work out but don't eat enough. If you're not eating enough, all the work outs are doing, it's not going to show," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

"You could be doing a million butt lifts, but your butt is not going to get any bigger because there is nothing to build on. Your body needs food to make that happen," she added.

Heatherton, who recently walked the catwalk in the lingerie show for the fifth time, said that she gets up at 6 am to start with her exercise schedule in order to perfect her curves.

"I work out twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. I'll start with half an hour of running and then some yoga to stretch everything out so everything is warm," she said.

"In the evening I do butt lifts. It's important to be fit, but you shouldn't get too skinny. You need to have curves," she added.

I celebrate nudity every day, says Paz de la Huerta

Paz de la Huerta

Boardwalk Empire star Paz de la Huerta, who poses completely nude for the new Playboy edition, has opened up about her love of nudity, saying it is something she does not have an issue with.

In the cover shot, de la Huerta leans forward protectively while sitting on a rock with the ocean crashing around behind her, strategically placing a hand in front.

"I feel that when people hire me they know it's going to be a collaboration and that they hire me for what I give on all sorts of levels, from my movement to the emotion I bring to the project, the passion, all of it," Fox News quoted her as saying.

The 28-year-old actress was photographed for the men's magazine by Mario Sorrenti, for whom she said that she has posed before.

"I did my first nude shoot with Mario when I was 17," she said.

"He made me feel beautiful, and I really feel it was on that shoot that I overcame my fear of being naked."

"Mario is such an artist. He has taken photographs of me in which my body looks like a sculpture," she revealed.

de la Huerta said that she and Sorrenti were trying to go natural with her au naturale shoot.

"We did the photos with no makeup, and we both wanted them to have a very natural feeling," she said.

"It was more about bringing out a part of myself that has not really been shown to the public."

"I celebrate nudity every day. It's our first wardrobe," she added.

75 per cent of women want an hourglass figure like Kelly Brook and Holly Willoughby

Kelly Brook

Three quarters of British women have said that a figure with a small waist balanced by larger breasts and hips is the ideal figure, a new survey has revealed.

They said that rather than wanting to emulate the stick thin figure of Kate Moss, most of them would prefer to have the figures of curvier celebrities like Kelly Brook, Holly Willoughby, Beyonce and Kate Winslet.

The survey, undertaken on behalf of Debenhams, found that most women were less concerned with becoming a model size eight or ten and instead wanted a figure that "goes in and out".

Almost a fifth of respondents said that they wanted a body with defined muscles, like Olympian Jessica Ennis, or Victoria Pendleton.

Just six percent of women felt that a typical catwalk model's tall and thin size eight or below silhouette, with a smaller difference between waist, chest and hip measurements, was the one for them.

Only three percent of women wanted an "out of proportion" figure with bigger breast measurement like glamour model Katie Price, or larger hips and bottom, like singer Nicki Minaj.

Kate Moss has replaced Russian model Natalia Vodianova as the new brand ambassador for luxury shoe brand Stuart Weitzman.

The 38-year-old supermodel, who has apparently never fronted a US footwear campaign before, landed the job after her longtime friend and famed photographer Mario Testino suggested her to Weitzman himself.

"He brought her up, and I thought, well, I don't remember seeing too many bad pictures of her, so yeah!" the Daily Mail quoted Weitzman as telling New York Magazine.

The series of black-and-white photos shows Moss dressed in a crisp white shirt and barely-there hotpants allowing the shoes to take centrestage.

Among them is a pair of studded leather gladiator sandals that climb up her legs to just below the knee.

Another photo shows her wearing a classic pair of metallic stilettos with ample thigh on display.

Megan Fox has revealed the secret to her curvaceous figure -- staying off dairy products.

The former Transformers star explained how she managed to get back into shape after giving birth to son Noah in September.

"I'm not eating dairy, that's my biggest secret," the Mirror quoted her as saying.

"It's really hard on your hormones and it's not good."

"If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don't, don't eat it," she said.

Fox, who gained 23lbs when she was pregnant, said that she doesn't support postnatal exercise.

"I didn't do that much (working out) because after you have a baby, it's very difficult to work out and I wouldn't recommend it," she said.

"I should have pre-endorsed some sort of workout something, so that I could be selling it now!" she added.

I regret some of Gaga's outfits, says stylist

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga's stylist Nicola Formichetti, who is responsible for some of her most famous outfits, including her 16 kilogram meat dress, has said that he regrets some of the popstar's looks even though "she works it...mostly."

Talking about the meat dress, he said, "We came up with the idea together. Originally I made her a meat bikini for the Vogue Hommes Japan cover shoot with Terry Richardson, then it became a red carpet version."

"The meat was bought in a local LA butcher -- I think it was Argentinian," the Mirror quoted him as saying.

"She told me the meat dress was the most comfortable thing I ever made for her," he added.

But despite Gaga's willingness to wear whatever Formichetti designs, it looks like he's increasingly uncertain about the way he's dressed her in the past.

"I didn't want to do this just for the sake of clothes looking like art," he said in another interview.

"Gaga told us (the nine inch Mugler heels) were too low," he said.

Kate Hudson reveals secret to youthful glow

Kate Hudson has revealed how she is able to maintain her youthful glow even in her 30s.

The 33-year-old actress detailed her laid-back skincare routine, saying, "In my 20s, I probably wasn't very nice to my skin."

"As I got into my late 20s, I was like, 'Oh, I should probably stay out of the sun. I should probably start doing some kinds of masks and getting more facials'," Us Magazine quoted her as saying.

"Over time I realised my skin does not like to be stimulated. I'm a soap-and-water girl, pretty much. I'll use a gentle cleanser, and I don't do any crazy serums."

"I just do a little moisturiser and a little eye cream. Obviously you've got to drink water and sleep -- that's the hard part," she said.

Like her actress mom Goldie Hawn, she said that has never put much value on getting all dolled up.

"I just remember seeing her put on makeup fast, and without a mirror, in a car," she said.

"My mom's no-fuss...I've never been a crazy makeup, spend-two-hours-in-front-of-the-mirror kind of girl."

"I've never been fussy...I have moments when I get girly if I'm going out with my friends, but I'm about five to 15 minutes in the mirror," she added.

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian, who unveiled a new fringe as she arrived at LAX on Tuesday, has confessed that she was just faking it.

The reality TV star took to her blog to set the record straight on Wednesday after sending fans and photographers into a frenzy with her hair transformation, the Daily Mail reported.

In a message titled 'The Truth About The Bangs', she wrote: "The bangs are fake! Just clip ons!"

"I had a fun Cosmo cover shoot yesterday and Chris McMillan clipped these on!" she tweeted.

Kardashian had earlier posted a montage of her makeover on her Instagram account which showed her in the process of getting her hair styled.

She had seemed eager to convince her fans she'd cut her hair, tweeting: "Fun shoot today @mrchrismcmillan He just can't control his scissor hands! #bangs."

The brunette, who is dating rapper Kayne West, then flew from New York to Los Angeles still wearing her temporary fringe.

The 22-year-old actress is giving away the Zuhair Murad frock to a CharityBuzz auction benefitting the Robin Hood Foundation's Sandy Relief Fund, which provides long-term support to those affected by the storm, Contactmusic reported.

The current high bid on her garment, which has an estimated value of 7,500 dollars, is 3,750 dollars, but fashion fans/ philanthropists/film memorabilia experts predict that the price may increase.
