Here's the lowdown on the latest fashion news!

Carmen says posing nude is 'freedom'

Carmen Electra, who released her self-help novel entitled How To be Sexy in 2007, said she wanted her book to help women build their self-confidence.

The former Baywatch beauty believes that everyone has something about themselves, which they do not like.

"The message I was trying to convey is that everyone has something special about themselves they don't like, even models and movie stars and rock stars," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Regard Magazine.

"Embrace those flaws and build your confidence by working out and feeling good about yourself. I wanted to help empower women. Plus after having worked with the very best hair and makeup and styling teams, I thought I would share a few secrets that I have learned along the way!" she added.

Electra, 39, has always been body confident and has previously said she thinks there is a "freedom" in posing naked.

"I started my career with Playboy Magazine -- 1996 was the first time I shot here. I think there's a freedom in taking off your clothes and posing," she said.

Sofia Vergara has revealed that when she saw a two-piece bathing suit in the US for the first time she thought "who can look good in that?"

The 39-year-old Colombian actress appears as the cover model of Esquire's "Sex" issue.

While she showed off her assets in sexy black lingerie in the magazine, the Modern Family star said that she prefers less clothing on the beach.

She talked about her reaction when she first set her eyes on a bathing suit in the US.

"I was like, 'What is that?' It's like a diaper," Us Magazine quoted her as telling Esquire.

"It's terrible. Who can look good in that? When I moved to the United States, I used to have bathing suits brought up from Colombia."

"There's nothing slutty about a dental-floss bikini. You don't even think about it. The first bathing suit your mother buys you is in the shape of a triangle," she said.

The Latina, who has described her breasts as being "ridiculously huge", also talked about loving her figure.

"In Colombia everybody's very voluptuous and you're supposed to be."

"You don't want to be skinny when all of your cousins are mermaids. You grow up thinking that's how beauty is."

Priyanka Chopra named `most glamorous diva`

Priyanka Chopra has beaten several top-notch Bollywood actresses to be crowned the most glamorous diva by a television channel in Mumbai.

The decision was based on the ratings given to her by fans and the film fraternity.

"I am being crowned now after Miss World and Miss India. I never thought I will go into a pageant again and be crowned, but it feels awesome and I almost got as nervous for a second, as I was during Miss World and thank you so much for this," Priyanka said.

The survey covered all aspects of her image like style, acting skills and fan following.

Piggy Chops has been able to carve a niche for herself in the industry despite not having any godfather.

"Somebody like me, I am not from this industry, I started working when I was 17 years old, I came to Bombay with stars in my eyes and hoping that I could be the best and when your fans believe in you, it really feels that if I can do it, anyone can do it, because I am just like them. I am exactly who she is, she is a working girl and I am a working girl and you know it almost feels like a certain sense of acceptance," she said.

The contest Big Love Show was conducted by television channel CBS and the 29-year-old along with several Bollywood actresses was seen competing for the coveted title.

Keira Knightley admits to `body anxiety issues`

Keira Knightley

Keira Knightley says that she tries to get over her body issues and is "incredibly self-conscious".

The 26-year-old has fronted modelling campaigns for Chanel and featured in countless fashion magazines but is still quite insecure about her appearance.

"It's the superficial thing of seeing your flaws on the screen," the BBC quoted her telling Vogue.

"That's probably going to be all that you see and you focus on the bits you don't particularly like. But I've had to get over my own body anxiety issues so it doesn't get in the way of telling the story. I've never seen myself as being attractive in that glamorous way."

"I'm incredibly self-conscious about a lot of parts of it but, equally, I'm aware that it works in certain environments," she added.

Knightley said that in her line of work, one's flaws are often pointed out.

"If you are using your face, if you're selling it -- then you become so aware of the flaws because people tell you. And they do so brusquely. So then you start seeing it. I'm not saying that I look in the mirror all the time and go, 'Oh good. You look good today', or 'You look rubbish today.' I was on the beach the other day in France on holiday with some friends and we were all lying out."

"They were all totally fine taking everything off and I was sitting around in my jeans and a top. I kind of didn't want to take anything off," she said.

Whiteley says she was bullied when she started out in modelling

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has said that she found it difficult to stand up for herself as a newcomer in the fashion industry and was "pushed around" by people.

The Victoria's Secret beauty revealed that she was more naive when she started out.

"It was hard. You can get a bit bullied. You're a child surrounded by adults and you don't have a voice. You get pushed around by agents; your needs don't matter. You say that you need a day off, or that you don't feel comfortable doing such-and-such, and people just don't listen," Contactmusic quoted her as telling the Guardian Weekend Magazine.

The 24-year-old model and actress, who replaced Megan Fox as the female lead in the Transformers franchise last year said the power balance has shifted in her favour in recent years.

"The last couple of years, things have been different. I have earned my right to be heard. All I ever wanted to do was to be part of the industry, to collaborate with people and have a voice. I love fashion, I love what I do and I have an opinion...They treat me like I'm part of the family, not just some clothes hanger," she added.

Elle Macpherson denies she's had plastic surgery

Elle Macpherson

Elle Macpherson has denied reports that she has gone under the knife to look good.

The 47-year-old Australian supermodel posed for her first bikini shoot in six years and proved she's still in incredible shape, which led some to speculate she may have had plastic surgery.

Macpherson insists that is not the case, and argues she looks better naturally.

"I'm a 34C (bra size), absolutely natural," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted Macpherson as telling the Sun.

"The face looks like the face I have, very natural. Not falling into the plastic surgery thing is my trick," she said.

However, the mother-of-two admits to trying Botox in the past, along with other anti-ageing treatments.

"It didn't really work for me. I tried a bit of everything."

"You name it, I've tried it. This is as about as natural as you can get," she added.

The model posed in a white string bikini for the recent People Magazine shoot.

Although she appears relaxed and confident in the photos, she admits it was a nerve-wracking experience.

"I do get jitters," she said. "I was comfortable (at the shoot). But I had to get my self-conscious, 'Maybe I don't look my best,' head out of the way and go with, 'Let's celebrate where I'm at'."

"I know it's not as easy as when I was 20, there are more factors to consider," she added.

Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston has laughed off claims that she runs up an 8,000 dollar-a-month tab for her beauty regimen.

Reports of the Wanderlust star's inflated beauty bill have been sweeping the Internet.

"Although I am a sucker for an amazing moisturiser, love a great facial, have been using the same cleansing bar since I was a teenager and have always been a dedicated tooth-brusher, reports that I am spending eight thousand a month on a beauty regime are greatly exaggerated," she told People Magazine.

When she was asked how much was the true total, she said, "By my tally, this month I'm in for about two hundred bucks."

Rihanna

Rihanna has admitted that she is looking to start designing clothes and launch a fashion line of her own.

She is currently starring as the face and body of a range of Emporio Armani lingerie and jeans she has co-designed for a second season.

The singer was also the guest of honour at Stella McCartney's special presentation during London Fashion Week last month, at which she was seated with Anna Wintour.

"I'm really pursuing a fashion line of my own. I want to design," the Telegraph quoted her as telling American presenter Ryan Secreast.

"This is also a road that I want to earn it. So I'm working with designers. Designers that I respect, and (fashion) companies that I respect. I want people to really trust me before I just say 'Buy it, because it's mine,'" she said.

Gisele Bundchen was so impressed by her visit to a wildlife sanctuary in Africa that she requested fans to support her in protecting the endangered species.

The supermodel has posted photos from her trip to an elephant orphanage -- the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya -- online, Contactmusic reported.

Bundchen got the chance to bottle-feed the calves and she shared her magical experience with fans on her blog.

"When I entered the David Sheldrick Wildlife Sanctuary it felt like being in a dream. We walked into a big field and within minutes we were surrounded by groups of baby elephants," she wrote.

"I will never understand how someone could kill or harm an animal as beautiful and special as an elephant. We need to speak up for these animals or they will continue to be in danger," she added.

Dannii Minogue, who created a clothing line called Project D with close friend Tabitha Somerset Webb, has said she would love it if the Duchess of Cambridge wore any of her dresses.

The Duchess' sister Pippa Middleton has been spotted in two of Project D's dresses previously and they hope the Duchess will do the same.

'There's probably not a brand in town that wouldn't want to dress the Duchess of Cambridge. She's an iconic, gorgeous girl and if she ever chose to wear Project D, we would be incredibly flattered," Contactmusic quoted Minogue as saying.

Webb has previously spoken of their happiness at Middleton's decision to wear the gowns to a friend's wedding in September and to a charity event last year.

She hopes the Duchess of Cambridge too will become a fan of the line.

'Pippa has been amazing. It's so flattering that she has chosen to wear our dresses. She looks gorgeous in them. She's very much a Project D girl -- elegant, classy and sexy."

'Now it would be great if her sister Catherine wore one of our designs, too," she added.

Adele on mission to slim down

Adele

Adele wants to lose weight and is reportedly on a fitness routine to drop two dress sizes before summer.

Having shed several pounds after undergoing surgery on her vocal chords last year, the Someone Like You hitmaker has also quit smoking and is said to been keen to continue her good work.

"Adele has found so much more energy now she's quit smoking. She really wants to get healthier, now that she's halfway there," Contactmusic quoted a source as telling the Sun.

"She had always been curious about taking up Pilates but until recently there just hadn't been any time," the source added.

Last month, fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld came under fire after branding Adele a "little too fat", but the 23-year-old singer insists she would never lose weight for anyone other than herself.

"I've never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that," she told People Magazine.

"I'd lose weight if I was an actress and had to play a role where you're supposed to be 40 lbs lighter, but weight has nothing to do with my career. Even when I was signing a contract, most of the industry knew if anyone ever dared say lose weight to me, they wouldn't be working with me," she added.

Now, tights that moisturise your skin as you walk!

A pair of tights from Marks and Spencer

Marks & Spencer has claimed that their latest 'prepare to bare' tights will put an end to women's worry of daily moisturising their legs.

The store says its tights will make skin appear noticeably smoother after only one week, as they moisturise your legs as you move, while their sheer fabric gives wearers the illusion of bare legs.

The tights, pegged at five pounds a pair, are coated with millions of tiny bubbles that are ruptured by friction, releasing the moisturiser on to the skin.

Although Marks & Spencer will not reveal exactly what makes up its 'secret' formula, it does divulge that they contain aloe vera, marine plant extract and ginkgo biloba.

The bubbles are added in the final stages of production, and their moisturising effect lasts for up to ten washes.

Paschal Little, the chain's head of technology, said the effects would be 'tangible' after a week.

"There's always that point when you've been inside all winter and through the spring and you want to get your legs prepared to come out," the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.

"We think that as opposed to applying cosmetics on to your skin by hand, this is a method where you can put your tights on, forget about them all day and know the benefit is being delivered to your skin," he added.
