George Clooney's girlfriend strips for PETA
Actor George Clooney's model/actress girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis has bared all for a new anti-fur campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
Canalis, 32, agreed to strip because she knew the stunt would attract a lot of attention -- and highlight the campaign to outlaw fur.
"I think this is the best reason why I got naked in my life," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
Canalis told Entertainment Tonight she has been anti-fur ever since she was a little girl, thanks to a harrowing TV documentary.
"I was watching TV at home and they showed a documentary and in the documentary I saw how they killed little animals, like electrocuting them, drowning them, bludgeoning them," she said.
"I was shocked because I was a little girl, but by that moment I thought that I would never, never, never, wear fur in my life," she added.

Elle Macpherson has no retirement plans!
Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson has revealed that she doesn't think she will ever make the decision to step away from the spotlight.
Macpherson, 48, knows she will gradually get offered less work, but can't see herself ever retiring completely.
"I'm sure there will be a point where there are less opportunities for me but I don't think there'll be one particular day when I say, 'That's it, I'm not doing it anymore.'Or maybe, who knows?" Contactmusic quoted her as telling Closer Magazine.
Elle -- who has sons Flynn,13, and Cy, 8, with former fiance Arpad Busson -- currently fits her work schedule around her family and is happy to work longer hours if she knows she is due to take a break with the children.

3. Orlando Bloom raves about wife Miranda Kerr's 'incredible' post-baby body
It looks like Orlando Bloom is a proud husband.
During Ellen DeGeneres' chat show, Bloom wasted no time in telling the host as to how amazed he is about his wife Miranda Kerr's incredibly speedy return to modelling.
New mother Kerr made a remarkably quick return to her supermodel career after giving birth to their son, Flynn, just three months ago.
The 28-year-old Victoria's Secret model was seen back on the catwalk last month and credited a clean, organic lifestyle for her speedy comeback after giving birth to a 10lb baby.
"She is a little insane," the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.
When the host asked: "Why did you put her to work right away? Can't she stay home with the baby for a little while?", the proud new father playfully replied: "Like I said, she's off her own mind."
"It's genetics. It's amazing. She looks incredible, a lot of breast-feeding," he added.
But Miranda's return to work does not mean her baby is not a priority. She posted a picture on her Twitter page that showed her breastfeeding between takes while on a shoot.
The model mother, dressed in red high heels and a gaping white satin robe, was seen bonding with her three-month-old while sitting in a makeup chair, waiting for her next shot.
The Australian-born model has become quite the advocate for breastfeeding and the first picture she released of the newborn showed her nursing him.

Marc Anthony missing wife Jennifer's curves
Slimming down is not always welcome, however -- at least that seems to be the case with Hollywood diva Jennifer Lopez.
Her husband, Marc Anthony, apparently "doesn't want her to turn into one of those super-skinny Hollywood types," Fox News quoted a source as telling In Touch Magazine.
Anthony is desperately for Lopez to get her legendary curves back.
"He wants her to gain weight," the source added, though she admitted that Lopez's legs were still great, but not her derriere.

Heidi Klum's been bitten by the acting bug
Heidi Klum, already a model, fashion designer, rockstar wife, TV presenter, businesswoman and a painter, has now stepped into movies.
The Victoria's Secret beauty has revealed that the acting bug has bitten her.
The German-born 37-year-old, who is married to British singer Seal, recently loaned her voice to animated movie Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs Evil.
"I play Heidi, a yodeller who helps Little Red Riding Hood save her grandmother," the Daily Express quoted the supermodel as saying about the movie, which also stars perky Heroes cheerleader Hayden Panettiere.
"I would love it if I could do more of these things!" she added.

I love Heidi Klum's business mind, says Jennifer Hawkins
Whatever Heidi wants to do, she can rest assured that she has a fan in fellow supermodel Jennifer Hawkins.
Jennifer, who was earning 70 dollars a match as a cheerleader seven years ago and has now transformed her body into a brand worth 5 million dollars a year, has revealed the inspiration behind being a business woman.
At 27, the former Miss Universe is Australia's highest-earning model (just pipping Miranda Kerr), although these days she might prefer to call herself an ambassador or businesswoman, even a property developer, rather than a model.
Hawkins is Number 25 on BRW Magazine's 'Entertainers Rich List 2010', with earnings of 5 million dollars, up from 3.3 million dollars the previous year.
This income comes from shares in Myer -- the company she fronts -- lucrative endorsements and television contracts, her own line of swimsuits and high heels and a bulging property portfolio.
Hawkins is slowly building her brand to rival that of Elle Macpherson, a model she admires, although she cites German supermodel Heidi Klum, a woman with four children and business interests ranging from maternity wear to jewellery design, as her main inspiration.
"I love her business mind," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted her as saying.
"I love how she does lots of different things. And I like Jennifer Lopez -- she's someone I really admire because she's family-oriented but then she's got her business as well," she added.

Kelly Brook to design her own range of maternity clothes
Also jumping on the maternity wear bandwagon is Kelly Brook.
The model/actress is set to design her own range of maternity clothes for British high street chain New Look.
Brook, 31, who is currently pregnant with her first child, has been asked by the clothing retailer to create a line of stylish clothes for mothers-to-be.
"A few fun projects have come about because I am pregnant: New Look want me to do a maternity range for them to come out in June and I have been designing some rag dolls for a friend of mine who makes children's toys," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
"I still work with Reebok, who have been very supportive and are looking forward to seeing me get back in shape in September," she added.

Bar Refaeli poses topless in war-themed issue of magazine
Israeli model Bar Refaeli has posed topless for a war-themed magazine photoshoot, seven years after she managed to dodge the national service in her home country.
In the photoshoot for the May issue of GQ Italia, Refaeli, 25, posed in nothing but a helmet and shorts, the Daily Mail reported.
The inside pages showed the model striking a series of other sultry poses, using an ammunition belt for a prop.
In Israel, military service is a must for both men and women once they turn 18, but Refaeli managed to avoid doing a three-year spell by marrying an acquaintance.
In the interview with GQ, Refaeli has only positive things to say, wishing her homeland "peace and prosperity".
She even tweeted the pictures, clearly being more comfortable taking the military concept to the front pages -- rather than the front line.

Angelina Jolie bags record 6.5 million pound ad deal!
It has emerged that Angelina Jolie has reportedly signed a 6.45 million pound deal to become the new face of fashion label Louis Vuitton.
The contract is believed to be a record for a single advertising campaign, beating the 3.2 million pound deal won by Catherine Zeta-Jones to promote T-Mobile, reports the Daily Star.
It also dwarfs the 2.5 million pounds Nicole Kidman was paid to be the face of Chanel perfume and 1.9 million pounds Gwyneth Paltrow got from Estee Lauder.
Reports in the US said Hollywood babe Angelina, 35, is due to take part in a photoshoot with famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.
The adverts for the French label will appear in newspapers and magazines later this year.

'Gangly' teen Nicole Kidman 'hated being so tall'
Nicole, who is envied the world over for her looks, told The Sun that she "hated being so tall", reaching 5'10" at 13, and equally despised her trademark "weird" hair, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.
"I wish I had known, I would become more confident about my looks," she said.
"I used to confide in my mum Janelle, who was tall too -- 5'10". She used to tell me that men liked tall women."
"I would say: 'I am not interested in men -- I am interested in boys.'"
"I didn't know whether I could become an actress because I was so tall and gangly. I wish I could have known, at the time, that it was character building," she added.

When I was modelling, size 10 was a normal size: Cindy Crawford
Cindy Crawford, the former supermodel whose curves shot her to fame in the late 1980s, has spoken out about current modelling industry standards, saying she believes it would be hard for today's generation of models to establish a career.
The 45-year-old claimed that the girls on the runaway and in magazines are shrinking and haven't got the curves of their predecessors.
'I just saw the CoverGirl commercial with Taylor Swift and I thought, "Wow, it is so hard for models to get a job these days," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.
"You have to sing and act, too. There doesn't seem to be as much work specifically just for models. And I also think when I was modeling, size 6 (UK size 10) was a normal size and now it's like 2 (UK 6) or 0 (UK 4)," she added.
Crawford was one of the original supermodels alongside Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer and Christy Turlington, who reached the peak of their careers in the early 1990s.

The socialite is set to share the secrets of her beauty regime by launching her own skincare collection.
The hotel heiress, who has already established herself as a successful perfumier, is working on a range of creams and lotions that she hopes to release in the coming months.
"We're developing a skincare line. It's a new product that we're working on, but it's top-of-the-line technology. I have been taking really good care of my skin so I will have products that are amazing for your skin," the Daily Express quoted her as saying.

Suri Cruise, 5, world's 21st best-dressed woman?
Only recently she was given the 21st position in Glamour Magazine's annual style poll -- but it's unbelievable how Suri Cruise is being compared to adult celebrities more than four times her age.
According to the publication, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' daughter Suri "has the most coveted wardrobe in Hollywood".
The Hollywood princess has a wardrobe that is estimated to be worth close to a staggering 2 million pounds, reports the Sun.
Entire blogs are dedicated to Suri's outfits, including one that catalogues every item of clothing she wears.
When asked about his daughter's style credentials, Tom said: "It's very flattering that people want to copy Suri's clothes and the way she dresses. It does feel strange, but you have to go 'it is what it is'."
Meanwhile, mum Katie, has spoken of Suri being her fiercest fashion critic. She said: "She'll really tell me what she thinks."
"Like today I'm wearing brown suede pants and she said, 'I don't like your pants'."
"But then she'll say, 'You've got to wear these shoes'."
"Or 'That's so pretty, Mum -- wear that'. She's got a great eye," she added.

Seaweed shake -- an effective way to cut your flab!
Are you looking for a healthy way to lose weight? Try a seaweed shake.
Scientists have found that adding the seaweed extract alginate to a chocolate milkshake suppresses hunger pangs.
Men and women who drank the alginate-based drink for breakfast felt almost a third less hungry by lunchtime than those who had a normal milkshake.
The finding paves the way for a range of foods that keep us feeling fuller for longer and make it easier to resist snacks between meals.
"Many different diets and diet programmes can be effective in reducing weight," the Daily Mail quoted researcher Harry Peters as saying.
"However, many subjects fail to adhere to these diets and the reduction in weight is therefore not achieved or maintained."
"Delaying the return of hunger after consumption can potentially increase consumer satisfaction with weight control programmes and reduced-energy food products and encourage long-term compliance with a reduced-energy diet," added Peters.
The alginate did nothing to alter the flavour of the shake, with the participants saying it was just as pleasant as the real thing.
The form of alginate used turns into a gel in the acidic environment of the stomach, and the calcium adds to the gel's thickness.
This creates a feeling of fullness, as well as holding food in the stomach for longer.
The study has been published in the journal Obesity.

'Sultry siren' Cameron Diaz shares diet secrets in tiny swimsuit and heels
In more health-related dope, Cameron Diaz, who has clearly transformed her diet in recent months, has shown just how flexible she is these days.
The 38-year-old has posed exclusively in a tiny black swimsuit and heels for the latest issue of Elle magazine to display her killer legs and biceps, reports the Daily Mail.
Diaz has cut out all fried food and is now an avid gym junkie, saying she "curls at 15 (reps) and pressing at 25".
The Knight and Day actress says, "I love it. I have never, ever watched what I eat in my life, but I do now."
"I'm off the fried foods. I'm very thoughtful about what I eat. If you're gonna do heavy lifting, and you want to stay small, you have to watch what you eat."
"You have to give your body the right nutrients and really think about what's best for it," she added.
It's no surprise that Cameron has changed her lifestyle, considering that she's dating professional athlete Alex Rodriguez.

Madonna's 'I feel fat' confession shocks Met Gala guests
Pop queen Madonna recently shocked guests at the prestigious Met Gala Benefit in New York when she confessed that she felt 'fat' in her red carpet gown.
The dress, designed by her good friend Stella McCartney, left the fashion pack all agreeing in unison that the singer looked sensational in the blue, floor-length silk gown that was adorned with stars cascading down the back, reports the Daly Mail.
But nobody could have guessed that behind her red-lipped smile, the impeccably svelte and sculpted singer was battling with a few body confidence issues.
According to celebrity website US Weekly, the singer told the assembled reporters, "I feel fat."
Famed for her vigorously disciplined macrobiotic diet and intense fitness regimes, the 52-year-old mother of four left bystanders shaking their heads in disbelief at her surprise confession.
It is assumed that the star's recent change in fitness routine could be the reason for her low self-esteem.

'Red hot' Scarlett Johansson looks more like her curvy self in new Mango ad
Scarlett Johansson looks more like her usual curvy self in the latest Mango advert for the clothing store's summer collection after accusations of airbrushing in the last one.
The Lost In Translation star, 26, looks moody in a striped sundress -- but at least her legs look like her own, reports the Daily Mail.
Last month, she raised eyebrows when another picture from the Spanish high street chain showed her with thighs distinctly thinner than sported by the actress in real life.
Similar to her last Mango ad, Scarlett's stomach appears completely flat, compared to in reality.
The airbrushing rumours were sparked more so because unflattering pictures emerged of her working out with Sean Penn, after which she was forced to deny pregnancy rumours.
After those pictures, her spokesman released a statement saying: "Scarlett is not pregnant. She's outside running and it's simply the placement of her shirt that is misleading."
"She's been training for (her forthcoming new movie) The Avengers for over four months and is in the best shape of her life," he added.

Katy Perry shows off naughty streak in latest outfit
Katy Perry, who never fails to impress with her wacky dress sense, has hit the right note again with her latest number.
The 26-year old singer wore a dress with an unusual print of a naked woman with a double bass bottom as she posed for pictures at the 2011 Logie Awards in Melbourne, Australia, reports the Daily Mail.
The emerald green frock displayed a grey and black print of a naked woman from the back sitting down, her head adorned with a turban, reports the Daily Mail.
The base of her back down to her bottom had been merged with what appeared to be a double bass.
She teamed the dress with black tights and towering purple and red heels and a chunky sparkling necklace.

Almost every woman has 11 pairs of shoes she'll never wear
And finally, here's a bit of information which is unlikely to surprise any member of the fairer sex!
A study has suggested that almost every woman has a collection of shoes that will never see the light of day.
While the average British female owns 20 pairs, 11 of those pairs worth a probable total of 400 pounds will remain tucked away in the wardrobe awaiting the right occasion that never comes.
Despite leaving more than half of their footwear to gather dust, most women will continue to fuel their shoe addiction, splashing out on an additional eight new pairs a year.
Nearly a third of the 3,000 women surveyed even admitted forking out on shoes that were the wrong size, just because they liked them.
According to the study by Co-operative Insurance, the average spend on a pair of shoes is 36 pounds, so eight pairs a year would cost 288 pounds.
"It's staggering to think about how much the average woman's shoe collection could be worth," the Daily Mail quoted Lee Mooney, head of home insurance at the Co-operative, as saying.
"Whereas a few decades ago shoes may have been considered an indulgent purchase, it's now the norm to spend a considerable amount of money on them every year," Mooney added.
