Too noisy! Kate Moss' 40th birthday bash upsets fellow diners

Kate Moss, who recently celebrated turning 40 at the China Tang restaurant, has been ripped for upsetting fellow diners at the posh Mayfair establishment.

One of the diners told the Mirror that the sophisticated restaurant felt like a karaoke bar because the supermodel and her party mates, including Sadie Frost, Stella McCartney, John Galliano and her close pal Naomi Campbell, were singing at the top of their lungs.

The eyewitness asserted that people had to shout over the singing in order to hold a conversation, adding that it was ridiculous.

The party people were heard singing songs by INXS, Rolling Stones and Fleetwood Mac and seen downing almost 40 bottles of Taittinger, which cost 130 pounds a bottle.

Playboy Enterprises International has slammed Hearst publishing with a lawsuit claiming its Harper's Bazaar website reproduced a picture of Kate Moss without consent.

The picture was part of the 40-year-old's cover spread which was featured in Playboy's 60th anniversary special and the website also gave a link that said "see the rest of the decidedly not safe for work images here", the New York Post reported.

According to the suit, those who clicked on it were sent to another site, which showed nine nude photos of Moss used by Playboy with a caption saying "here is Moss' NSFW spread from Playboy.

Playboy has asked for 150,000 dollars for each infringed work.

Playboy model Carla Howe has revealed that she has been on a few dates with Will.i.am, but they still haven't gone further than a kiss.

She said that she gets shocked to see those girls after few months "looking like bones".

Banks added that she realises that those girls were in "a beautiful incubator of safety" in the show, and when they are out of the show they have to lose weight to compete with the "wolves of the fashion industry".
