Their creations have been seen on leading Hollywood celebrities like Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Fergie for some time now, so it's hardly surprising that Falguni & Shane Peacock made quite an impression at their Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week debut!

Only the biggest names in the business participate in the prestigious Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week each year.

So it was worth writing home about when desi designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock showcased their latest collection alongside names like Marc Jacobs, Diane Von Furstenberg and Tommy Hilfiger.

Edgy bondage dresses, sheer panels, sharp shoulder pads and silk turbans sailed onto the runway in deep colours with hints of brighter hues and sequinned embroidery. Seen here is a sheer black netted dress with strategically placed appliques and embroidery to preserve modesty.

Let us know what you think of the Peacocks' line by taking the poll on the last page of this feature.
