As the summer-resort 2013 edition of the Lakme Fashion Week comes to an end, we look back at some of the celebrity models who came out in support of their designer friends. Tell us who you think was the best!

Known as much for its celebrity quotient as for its clothes, Lakme Fashion Week may not have seen the likes of Shah Rukh Khan for a while now. However the overall celebrity quotient has been fairly high this season with numerous Bollywood actors taking to the ramp to support their designer friends. Vote for the best!

Agnimitra Paul's collection was inspired from Bihar's Madhubani paintings. While it was a womenswear line, the young designer crafted a special men's outfit for Vinay Pathak who made his debut as a ramp model.

The dusky actress was part of a larger show featuring some 40 designers as part of a specially sponsored show for the cause of tiger conservation. Neha Dhupia walked the runway in a Vaishali S outfit.

In the same show slot, actress Hazel Keech walked the ramp for designer Purvi Doshi whose collection Sanrakshan highlighted the importance of preservation of flora and fauna.

Pallavi Jaipur's collection paid tribute to the many markets of the Pink City. Mandira Bedi seemed to be carrying the entire bazaar on her skirt.

Former Miss World Diana Hayden glided in as the show stopper in a black/turquoise/navy halter silk drape teamed with black leggings for designer Sounia Gohil.

Vikram Phadnis' show saw over three dozen celebrities walk the ramp for the cause of rural development. Walking alongside well-known names were villagers who had made a difference to their communities. Here we have Chandrakant Pawar a farmer who looked much at ease even as he walked alongside the Barfi actress Ileana D'Cruz.

Also walking for Vikram Phadnis was Dia Mirza along with Rohini Valavatkar who has encouraged communities to spearhead environmental preservation by advocating the use of CFL bulbs to conserve energy.

Ishaqzaade actor Arjun Kapoor who is popular for his grunge look made quite a few heads turn in the audience when he walked the ramp in this all-black traditional outfit for Kunal Rawal.

In Masaba Gupta's summer-resort line, white dominated the colour palette as models walked the ramp in dresses, skirts, sharara and palazzo pants and body suits. Opening the show for the talented young designer was Parineeti Chopra.

Bollywood's favourite designer paid a tribute to 100 years of Indian cinema with a line that chronicled the changing fashion trends through the ages. Closing the show for Manish Malhotra was the utterly sexy Priyanka Chopra in a Desi Girl-esque sari.
