Day Three Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2013 opened with a show featuring four designers. Here's a quick glimpse.

Four designers with varied sensibilities were clubbed together in one slot on Day Three of the Lakme Fashion Week. And though each of them seemed interesting in their own right, we do so wished they weren't shown one after the other.

We start out with this collection called Half Alive by Dhruv Kapur's design label DRVV.

Using straight lines, Kapur discarded the very concept of symmetry even as he refused to experiment with colours.

Kapur who seemed to believe any colour was alright as long as it was black, worked with textures of woven fabrics such as silk crepe, Egyptian cotton poplin, wool crepe and double cotton jersey among others.

Huemn by Pranav Mishra and Shyma Shetty produced an androgynous line where the masculine look was redefined for feminine separates. Thus we had oversized coats, parallel trousers in this rather spunky line.

Highlighting the leather separates, were shades of grey, navy and moss even as a few designs were firmly in the feminine territory.

Coming as a relief from the shades of black, Richa Aggarwal's line added a dash of colour as she fused 'sportswear with couture ideals' for the ramp.

Even as the overall look was minimal, the structured detailing was very impressive in a range that used nubuck, suede and crackle with dull silver or gunmetal finish.
