Fitness centre Gold's Gym unveiled its 2012 calendar recently. Featuring an array of body-conscious celebs, it features an equal mix of glam and wellness.

There's nothing better to give you that push, when it comes to going on a diet or hitting the treadmill, than the sight of a famous personality looking absolutely fabulous.

And now with the latest edition of the Gold's Gym calendar, you have reasons to stay motivated all through the year!

Featuring an array of health-conscious celebs and their fitness mantras, we bring you a sneak peek at the 2012 edition.

Riya Sen oozes appeal in a tube dress that flatters her curves, as she faces the lens for a classic black and white still.

Model-actor Prashant Raj Sachdev shows off his abs and arms, leaning back non-chalantly for February.

In March, Shazahn Padamsee opts for sporty-chic in leggings and a tank.

Next we have Rana Daggubati, who provides some eye-candy for the ladies.

Following up in May is Kunal Khemu, whose bulging biceps look amazing as he strikes a pose.

Zarine Khan shows us how she maintains her voluptuous figure by hitting the gym.
