Mayank Gupta answers, at 2012-11-26 16:00:51To find a job through linkedin, you can use the 'Jobs' feature of linkedin. You should also watchout for ads which are shown on the right side of your profile screen.

Mayank Gupta answers, You should try to introspect and evaluate your skills and interests to find the kind of job fit for you.

Mayank Gupta answers, In addition to basic IT skills, you should be building competency in any one or two areas of programming and development. This will help the interviewer evaluate you on your core strengths.

Mayank Gupta answers, Dear Anindya, explore your network and the contacts you have built over years to find the right opening for yourself. You can also take help of high-end placement services groups.

Mayank Gupta answers, SP, you will need to show strong understanding of web development and latest concepts in web development. In your interview, you will also need to talk about the most challenging web development which you have done.

Mayank Gupta answers, Group the jobs in 2-3 types of jobs. Make different versions suited to the job requirements and send it to the employer. Make sure you dont provide any false information.

Mayank Gupta answers, Read the eligibility for C.A. first. Also think why do you want to go for C.A. if you already have a professional degree in finance? Mayank Gupta answers, There can be multiple reasons behind lower number of return calls. Please make sure you are applying largely to those jobs which are advertised. You can also consult some top recruitment consultants.

Mayank Gupta answers, Vinod, firstly you will need an experience in the sector to apply for senior positions. All banks hire internally, or through notifications in job portals/ newspapers.

Mayank Gupta answers, Deepak, you can either progress up the ladder in the BPO industry, or you can move towards technical domain and find opportunities in IT companies.
