Vivek Gupta answers,
Only Class 12th marks will be considered ....For this year, they have that exception...
kkk asked, Sorry VIVEK the 1.5 lakh cut-off for writing JEE ADVANCED is not dependent on Board marks. It's purely dependent on JEE mains Score. After you clear this cut-off you are eligible to write JEE Advanced. if you clear JEE Adv then you need to prove to the IITs that you are in the top 20 percentile of your BOards for admisssion into IITs. There is no 40% weighatge criteria for IIT admissions

Vivek Gupta answers,
To appear in JEE Advanced, you have to be in Top 1.5 lac of the result which you obtained from JEE Mains and Boards ie 60 percent jee Mains Score & 40 per cent boards score. After that they will check for Top 20 per cent in the respective Boards..
