Look out for the amenities provided for the employees.

Is there is a good cafeteria? Is the infrastructure good?

Have a look at the meeting rooms, washrooms etc.

Try to find out if there is any health club or gym area for the employees.

Be a keen observant. Look around for the employees of the company.
