Suzuki is a name which is synonymous with the name Hayabusa, When any of us hear the word Suzuki, we are most likely to follow it with Hayabusa. There are two reasons to this.
In India, Suzuki's car division sells vehicles as Maruti Suzuki so we are not used to hearing the word Suzuki Swift, rather Maruti Swift or Maruti Suzuki Swift.
The other reason is obvious: the Hayabusa is an insane machine. But that is not the only motorcycle that the Japanese automaker produces. There are so many more, so let's take a quick journey through the iconic bikes made by Suzuki.

The B-King was first shown as a concept in 2001 but took six long years to get into production. What is essentially a naked street fighter bike from the outside is nothing but a Hayabusa underneath.
Yes, the same mechanicals do duty on the B-King which are found on the Busa. The same 1340cc engine is used but Suzuki engineers have cared to change the exhaust and inlet systems.
Producing 181hp of power at 9500RPM, the B-King sports massive 200/50ZR17 tyres at the rear.

Suzuki GSX-R750
As the name suggest, the R750 is powered by, well, a 750cc motor. Introduced way back in 1985 (the same time when Rajdoots were puttering around our streets), the GSX-R750 uses race-derived technologies to give the rider an insane experience on the roads.
Power is a sane 147 bhp but at a very high 13,200 rpm. This racer weighs only 167 kg, which is less than your Kawasaki Ninja 250R.

Suzuki GSX-R1000
Don't mistake the R1000 to be a stretched R750, because it isn't that. The GSX-R1000 made its debut just a decade ago, when it was given the huge responsibility of replacing the GSX-R1100 as the GSX flagship.
Power comes from a 999cc, liquid-cooled, inline four cylinder motor. This helps this beast to produce 191 hp of power at 12000 rpm. As you might have figured, the engine is a re-designed version of the R750, but does that even matter, because this Suzuki can literally fly.

Suzuki Intruder
The Suzuki Intruder (also known as the Boulevard) is a cruiser motorcycle which Suzuki launched in 2006. It has a V-Twin, liquid cooled, 1783cc motor.
Primarily aimed to lure potential Harley buyers to the Suzuki fans, this machine is no lightweight mind you!
At a weight of 321 kgs, it weighs more than two Bajaj Pulsar 220cc bikes combined. Good news is you can buy one as Suzuki officially sells the M1800R in India for Rs 12.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

Suzuki Hayabusa
When we speak about iconic bikes there is no chance of leaving the Hayabusa aside, so certainly it has to be present here today as well. Named after a Japanese falcon, the name Hayabusa was chosen not for the speedy characteristics of the bird, but due to the fact that the falcon often preys on Blackbirds.
It was an indirect way of telling Honda, that the Hayabusa is after their CBR1100XX Super Blackbird to displace it from the fastest bike tag.
The Busa did just that and more by winning critical acclaim for breaking the 300 kmph barrier, when it made its first public appearance in 1999. If you want to have a bird's eye view of the roads, we recommend you get one, as Suzuki is officially selling them for Rs 12.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
