Triumph recently entered India by launching 10 models across 5 different segments. The British automaker is betting big on the Indian market and is locally assembling six out of these 10 motorcycles via the CKD route.

One of the most promising bikes from the Triumph stable is the Daytona 675 R.

Triumph has launched the Daytona 675 R in India which is priced at Rs 11.4 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Daytona 675 R is a super sport offering which is powered by a 675cc triple-cylinder engine. This motor outputs 126 BHP of power and 74 Nm of torque, redline comes in at 14,400 RPM.

The Daytona 675 R uses twin-fuel injectors and has an electronically controlled fuel injection system.

This super sport offering from Triumph gets an aluminium frame with a twin-spar design. The bike gets double sided swing arm and adjustable pivot position. It uses a 43 mm inverted front fork and the rear is an Ohlins monoshock.

Braking duties are taken care by Brembo discs.

The Daytona 675 R runs on Pirelli Dragon SuperCorsa tyres. Other features include Type Pressure Monitoring, Coded Immobiliser, Programmable Rev Lights, etc. This Triumph bike is one of a kind and doesn't have any direct competition in India.
