Two years ago when the superbike market was mainly dominated by American bike-maker, Harley Davidson, Japanese auto giant, Honda, launched its first chopper Honda Fury.

The Fury was launched in the global market to cater the desire of enthusiasts who wanted a chopper but couldn't buy one due to its high price.

It is empowered with prolonged, slim and wretched looks measuring six feet from axle-to-axle.

The Honda Fury is an electrical giant in its true sense. It is a mind-blowing machine that, when switched on, gets fired to deliver an unbelievable riding experience to the rider and a dream experience, with its 1312 cc V-twin engine.

Engineered with a 1312 cc monster engine, 52 degree V-twin engine supported by single-pin crankshaft, programmed fuel injection, custom cast wheels, dual balancers generating power of 57 bhp at 4300 rpm and a maximum torque of 71.32 lb-ft at 3100 rpm the Honda Fury is one mean machine you wouldn't want to mess around with.

The first look of Honda Fury will undoubtedly freeze the legs and eyes of every one with its stylish looks.

The mammoth Honda Fury is available in two variants -- Honda Fury Standard and Honda Fury Stunner designed specifically for the riders who prefer to maintain braking control in lesser time as compared to standard time.

The other variant of Honda Fury is the Honda Fury ABS, which is adorned with anti-locking braking system (ABS).

Mandatory features in the Honda Fury include 1312 cc liquid-cooled 52 degrees V-twin engine, low 26.9 inches seat and wide 200 series rear tyre.

The global price of Honda is $13,390. Whereas its other sibling Honda Fury ABS that also carries same 1312 cc liquid-cooled 52 degree V-twin engine, low 26.9 inches seat height and anti-lock braking system (ABS) is priced at $14,390.

Additional technical features in the Honda Fury Standard include bore and stroke measuring 89.5 mm x 104.3 mm. Ignition is supported by digital with three dimensional mapping, two spark plugs per cylinder and induction energised by PGM-FI with automatic enriched circuit, supported by 38-mm throttle body. SOHC valve train is supported by three valves per cylinder.

Moving toward the suspension measurements, the front suspension of the Honda Fury measures 45-mm fork, 4.0-inches travel while rear suspension has single shock suspension that supports rebound-damping and five-position spring-preload adjustability with 3.7 inches travel.

The front brake measures single 336-mm disc with twin-piston caliper and rear brake has measurement of single 296-mm disc with single-piston caliper. With a wheelbase of 71.2-inches, the Honda Fury has a fuel capacity of 3.4 gallons and weighs 663 pounds.

Besides this, the Honda Fury ABS also has a bore and stroke measurement of 89.5 mm x 104.3 mm. It supports induction of PGM-FI with automatic enriched circuit, one 38-mm throttle body ignition. Digital with three-dimensional mapping supported by two spark plugs per cylinder.

The front suspension of the Honda Fury ABS has a 45 mm fork; 4.0 inches travel followed by rear suspension of single shock with adjustable rebound-damping and five-position spring-preload adjustability and 3.7 inches travel.

The front brake has measurement of single 336 mm disc with twin-piston caliper and rear brake has measurement of Single 296 mm disc with single-piston caliper.

With a wheelbase of 71.2 inches, the Honda Fury is capable of filling of 3.4 gallons petrol in its fuel tank and weighs 681 pounds.

With all these distinctive features Honda Fury is a strong contender to Harley Davidson.
