Last updated on: September 04, 2015 08:37 IST

Rediff reader and photographer Hari Prasad Sridhar sent us these photographs from his travels. Take a look.

For Hari Prasad Sridhar, 'Photography is a love affair with life.'

Originally from Nagercoil, he is currently pursuing his post-graduation at University of Strathclyde, Scotland, Glasgow.

Presenting some of his stunning images from his travels to Scotland, Glasgow and London.

London Eye

London Eye

This is a slow shutter photograph of the London Eye.

The entire place was lit for Christmas.

This photograph has a great perspective and a cheerful mood!

River Clyde, Scotland

River Clyde, Scotland

Cylde is the eighth longest river in the United Kingdom, and the second longest in Scotland.

It flows through Glasgow and is important from a trade standpoint.

If you observe the photograph closely, you'll see a light trail -- that's a helicopter in motion.

Incidentally, long exposure photographs happen to be my favourite trick!

St Paul's Cathedral, London

St Pauls Cathedral

This building is a marvel!

I had to position myself across the road to get a wider shot.

Thanks to the sunset beam of light, the building looks surreal.

Glen Coe, Scotland

Glen Coe, Scotland

Travelling though the pass of Glen Coe is a delight for any photographer.

The scenic beauty it offers is a treat to the sore eyes and the memories will stay with you for life.

Thames, London

London by the banks of River Thames

I clicked this image when I was on a tour to London with my friends on Christmas last year.

What makes this photograph so magical is the beaming evening sun and a person in the capsule pointing towards it.

More than perfect timing I would say this moment truly describes London's sheer beauty!

Ferry service from Largs to Milliport

Ferry service

A ferry takes people from Largs, the mainland, to one of Scotland’s famous destination, Isle of Cumbrae.

The short 10-minute ride takes you through a stunning landscape on either side.

I clicked this photograph during one of my trips to the island.

The Tower Bridge, London

The Tower Bridge, London

If you travel to London, it would be a crime if you don't take a picture of the Tower Bridge.

The engineering marvel, I am told, took eight years and 400 plus workers to complete.

Thousands of people cross this bridge every day and it's a sight to experience.
