A few years back, I attended a personality development seminar in my hometown, Indore.

The topic of the training was inter-personal relations.

Among the many things that were told and taught by the trainer, one piece of advice that shaped my life was, 'What you say is not important, but how you say it is very important'.

Today, I would like to share this life lesson with my fellow readers.

Many a times when we are infuriated, we lose control and use undesirable language that hurts other people and it consequently spoils relationships permanently.

I have experienced this happening on several occasions with several people.

On my part however, enforcing the above mentioned lesson in everyday life has immensely helped me to maintain warm and cheerful relations with my colleagues in the work place as also with my family members and friends.
