When doing head-to-toe yellow, mix up the tones; A bright yellow T-shirt, for instance, can do wonders for earthy (and sometimes, fusty) chinos or even a straw coloured suit

Add heft to a standard issue office suit by pairing it with a bright shirt. Pull it all together with a dobby tie that picks up on the tone.

If you're struggling to leave your bashfulness behind, slip in a bit of yellow with an accessory, keeping the rest of the look conformist. When you're feeling braver, take it up a few notches with a belt-boot-bag trio – just not in the exact same shade.
