Want to know what's happening in the world of glitz and glamour? In our weekly fashion round-up, we bring you the latest on supermodels, style, designers and everything in-between!

Which reality TV star is eyeing a Playboy photo shoot again?

Which hottie has given up using soap altogether?

And just why is Naomi Campbell angry?

All this and much more in the latest edition of glamour news:

We start with actress Eva Longoria who as it turns out is concerned about her body just like everyone else and has quit sugar to stay in shape.

Longoria, 38, who would be seen next in Out of The Blue, credited dieting behind her hourglass figure, reported OK! magazine.

"Diet and exercise (are the key to my figure). It's no secret, really. It's just dieting. I don't really eat a lot of sugar. My diet usually consists of no sugar, no carbs, and then I work out with a trainer," she said.

Asked whether it has been difficult for her to curb sugar from her diet, she said, "I was on a no-sugar thing for a couple months, and then I'll go off it, and then I go back. It gives you more energy and helps you sleep better. It's the most slimming -- it's the diet that gives me the most results."

Tom Ford breaks taboo of male make-up

Tom Ford

Designer Tom Ford believes men shouldn't be afraid to wear make-up as it can enhance their looks and confidence.

The fashion designer hopes his new skincare range for men will break the taboo of male cosmetics and encourage people to make the best of their looks without feeling like their masculinity is being compromised, reported Contactmusic.

"If you're at the Oscars there's not a man on that red carpet who is not wearing make-up.

Most straight actors I know get quite used to it. Even when they go out in real life they grab some sort of bronzer and they throw it on. They dye their eyebrows, they dye their lashes -- they know the tricks.

"But they wont talk about it because I think that a lot of men confuse wanting to look good as something feminine. Using a bit of cover stick to cover broken capillaries or a spot or a pimple, I'm not trying to look like a woman. There is no shame in wanting to look like the best version of you," he said.

Ford insists his products, which have been in the works for six years, are simple to use and can make a massive different to self-esteem.

"Skin care is something I use and believe that I'm a valid spokesperson for - it's always been very important to me. My own skin-care ritual is quite simple and straightforward; I don't like a lot of fuss, surprisingly.

"The only issue I've had was when me and Pete split. That's the only time I've cared... It's taken ages (to get over it) because emotionally I was destroyed," Price said.

"Looking back, I don't know how I survived. I was slaughtered. Before that it was all a bit tongue-in-cheek and 'whatever'. It wasn't always nice, but when I was with Pete I was with his management (Claire Powell's Can Associates) as well and I thought they were my friends," she added.

Price is currently married to Kieran Hayler.

Superstar Brad Pitt has reportedly stopped using soap in favour of a home-made concoction of lemons, water and apple cider vinegar.

The World War Z actor is said to have gone traditional with his washing methods because he thinks it is better for the environment, reported Contactmusic.

"Brad says he's read up on the toxins of soap -- especially the antibacterial ones -- and feels that using them and antiperspirants is not only bad for the planet, but it also speeds up the ageing process in humans," a source said.

Pitt, 49 is currently filming Fury in London, while his partner Angelina Jolie, 38, is directing her second movie, Unbroken, in Australia. They are said to be planning to meet up in Hong Kong before Christmas.

Adam Levine credits fiancee for making him believe in marriage

Adam Levine

Maroon 5 rocker Adam Levine says he had a change of heart about marriage after meeting fiancee Behati Prinsloo.

The rocker, 35, got engaged to the Victoria's Secret model, 24, this July and though they are yet to find a perfect day for their marriage, Levine told the Tonight Show host Jay Leno that he is looking forward to getting hitched, reported E! News.

"I still don't think you have to get married, unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them and it's wonderful."

The Voice coach said they are working on deciding a wedding date but for now they have been busy getting their Halloween attire ready.

"We're gonna do Eyes Wide Shut, the kind of creepy masquerade thing. It's gonna be really creepy," Levine said, referring to director Stanley Kubrick's movie, starring Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.

The rocker also opened up about his worst date that happened when he was in his early 20s. Levine said he had a credit limit of something like USD 172 on his checking account but his date kept ordering things.

"...and she just kept ordering so many things. And I was sweating because I was thinking to myself, 'Man, if you go over my limit, it's not gonna go down.'"

Levine's date ordered a bottle of wine and returned it when she didn't like the taste. She also ordered 'three desserts' and 'nine espressos' during their romantic outing.

"I'm having the most terrible time because she's talking to me and I'm not listening. All I'm doing is thinking about my eventual demise. So then, of course, the check comes, and I think I might have gotten in by a few cents. So it was a terrible tip, and I'm sorry to the waiter," said the rocker.

Wrote a letter to Victoria to discuss racial issues: Campbell

November 03, 2013 15:13 IST
Naomi Campbell

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has revealed that she personally called fashion designer Victoria Beckham to discuss her model choices for the London Fashion Week.

The 43-year-old British beauty, who launched a campaign to highlight racial issues on the runway last month, said she admits that the former Spice Girls star became one of her top targets after only one non-white model was selected for her most recent show, reported Contactmusic.

"I called Victoria and I spoke to her. I don't want to pin-point anyone. It isn't a blame game. Everyone's name was on that letter because they'd done it. It could have been completely unintentional. She is one of the designers on there like anyone else," she said.

The open letter named Beckham, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan and Marc Jacobs among the 'fashion houses guilty of this racist act'.

"There is no way to candycoat this sort of thing. You have to be straight. We had the percentages and we were armed with the facts and you can't be nervous about upsetting people. I speak the truth. People might not like it but I am doing it."

Michael Fassbender

Actor Michael Fassbender may have been named one of the sexiest male movie stars but he considers himself an average looking person.

The 36-year-old Shame star, who was recently named the eighth sexiest male movie star in an online poll, suffered bad hair and skin problems in his teen years, reported Contactmusic.

"I've never really thought of myself as good looking. I think of myself as, you know, alright. I used to have bad acne as a teenager, so all of this is a bonus now, the fact that I don't have pimples any more," Fassbender said.

"And my hair was also, you know, unfortunate. I had really long hair. I mean, I tied it back most of the time, but I had all these frizzy bits coming off the top," he added.
