Every now and then a famous face decides to strip off for a glamorous publication and makes waves in the entertainment industry. But of course, some nude magazine covers are far more memorable than others and it's easy to see why.

During a live show in 2003, the threesome criticised the US invasion of Iraq and then President George W. Bush. Despite issuing an apology shortly after, the backlash was massive and the Dixie Chicks, inflamed by the continuous barrage of hate, decided to wear nothing but expressions that were hurled their way during this tense time.
