How Iris Maity stays lean and toned

Regular exercise is the secret to Iris Bhaskar Maity's sensational figure, and when it comes to her fitness regime, the model doesn't believe in taking it easy.

Keeping it real, Iris has uploaded videos of her full-body workouts on Instagram -- from squats to push-ups and high-knee movements, she takes her exercise routine very seriously.

Her reason is pretty simple. 'You've probably heard that exercise increases endorphins, but it also increases many more brain chemicals that make you feel happy,' she says.
