"For 12 years, I have worked with them to mould my body as well as the bodies of those I've trained. The strength that I have developed has made me strong enough to take on all that life has thrown my way, as the strength has never been limited to my physical being."

"If you ever see me working out, you will see me doing this A LOT! #stretching before and after a workout is a crucial part of any fitness program.
"Stretching keeps the #muscles #flexible, #strong, and #healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. So, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
