Dressed in a pink cropped top, paired with a tulle grey skirt, she gave her fans a peek into her fitness regime.
'I do strength training and cardio. Both are equally important,' Mithali revealed in an interview with the mag.
'It (cricket) started as a hobby and turned into a profession within a span of a year.
'The current situation of women's cricket in India is far, far better than what it used to be,' she added.
