Twinkle Khanna has started a new campaign asking her celebrity friends to share what's in their dabba.

She revealed that her tiffin was packed with yummy beetroot tikkis, and nominated Akshay Kumar, Malaika Arora and Sonali Bendre Behl to share their healthy food stories.

Akshay was quick to join in and share a pic of his dabba which included avocado on toast and chia pudding. 'It's healthy, tasty, and keeps you full for hours, not to mention high in protein,' he wrote on Instagram.

He nominated Shikhar Dhawan, who gave fans and followers a glimpse of what was in his tiffin.

'To begin with I love my fruits, they give me all my natural sugars,' wrote the cricketer.

'In this case I'm eating papaya and pineapple, pineapple being the fat burner. Sprinkled some flax seeds and sunflower seeds on it as well.

'Next there's baked beans for my protein and avocado toast which is good fat.

'A tasty masala uttapam with sambar which makes it a carb loaded breakfast that keeps my energy up the whole day!'

Malaika Arora shared a video of her meal, which was made using locally grown, organic ingredients.

As for Sonali Bendre Behl, her sweet potato khichdi is being loved by all.

'As they say, you are what you eat! And my mantra has always been to not measure my food... but instead watch what I eat,' she wrote.
