Career site Glassdoor.com has announced its list of the best places to work for 2015 based on responses from their employees.

Read on to find out who takes the first spot...

Every year, salary comparison website Glassdoor.com comes up with a list of the best places to work as part of its Employees' Choice Awards across the US and the UK.

The list is based on what the employees of these companies experienced over the past twelve months.

To be eligible for the rankings, each of these companies must have a minimum of 1000 employees.

To compile the final list of Top 50 places to work this year, Glassdoor considered company reviews provided by employees between November 13, 2013 and November 2, 2014.

Respondents were asked to rate the companies for their overall satisfaction, CEO leadership, career opportunities, compensation, and work-life balance.

We bring you the Top 10 Places to Work as per Glassdoor's Employees' Choice rankings 2015.
